TV & Speakers
- Power the TV on using the remote; select HDMI 1 for the Smart TV interface.
- Netflix: sign in with your account (remember to sign out on checkout).
- Bluetooth speaker: press and hold the power button, pair via “SHH-Speaker”, no code required.
Air Conditioning
- Use the remote to set desired temperature (recommended 22–24°C).
- Keep windows closed for best efficiency.
Electric Fireplace
- Switch on via wall switch first, then use the remote to select flame mode.
- Never cover or block the unit. Turn off before leaving the apartment.
Dishwasher
- Add detergent tab to the compartment; select Eco cycle.
- Run only when full; do not block spray arms.

- Maximum occupancy: 3 guests.
- Pets are not allowed without written permission.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A designated area is available on the balcony with ashtray.
- Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- Commercial photography permitted with prior approval.
- Use of indoor towels at the pool is not allowed — pool towels are provided separately.

Important Notes
Water Temperature
Due to high seasonal temperatures in Dubai, “cold” tap water may be hot during parts of the day. We recommend showering in the early morning or evening.
Urban Environment
Central and lively Dubai Marina location. Insulated fixtures keep noise low, but very noise-sensitive guests should keep this in mind.
Utilities & Instructions
- Certain outlets/appliances (washer, hot water, etc.) work only when their switches (with red indicators) are ON.
- Garbage disposal rooms are located in each hallway; follow posted instructions.
- Kitchen includes a fire extinguisher, first-aid kit, and emergency contacts.
- Safe uses a 3–6 digit code then #; reset anytime.
