Penalties for Violations
Smoking inside the apartment: AED 2,000
Hosting undisclosed visitors: AED 2,000
Unauthorized pets: AED 2,000
Loss of access cards (parking, gym, pool): AED 1,000 per card
Damage to furniture or appliances will be charged based on assessment

Important Notes
Water Temperature
Due to high seasonal temperatures in Dubai, water from the “cold” tap may be hot during certain times of the day. This is a city-wide condition caused by sun exposure on water tanks and pipes. For comfort, we recommend showering in the early morning or evening.
Urban Environment
This apartment is located in a central and lively part of Dubai Marina. While noise is generally minimal thanks to high-quality, insulated fixtures, guests who are highly sensitive to sound may wish to keep this in mind.
Utilities & Instructions
Certain outlets and appliances (washing machine, hot water, etc.) operate only when their respective switches are turned on (marked with red indicators)
Garbage disposal rooms are located in each hallway, with clear instructions inside
